Where you the client provide the garment to be embroidered or monogrammed,
this disclaimer absolves Thread of Louisiana, LLC of liability for any
damage caused during the process. While damage is rare, it is possible.

 Thread will not be responsible for damaged items, nor will we accept
irreplaceable items.

Thread will not replace any item brought into Thread if a customer is unsatisfied with the end product.  Thread will re-do the item at no additional cost if Thread did not follow the customer request for the order but the item will not be replaced.
